Interview with the Organizer
Get behind the scenes of ProgStock Festival with the organizer himself, Tom Palmieri, in this in-depth interview from our friends at Sonic Perspectives.
Updates to Saturday Schedule
Here’s a full update to our Saturday Schedule…
- Randy McStine has been moved to prime time. Instead of opening for our Last Call Live Late-night event on Saturday, Randy is now gracing our stage right before the Saturday night headliner, Brand X. He will perform at 8:00PM for approximately 30 minutes.
- Rocket Scientists will be performing a longer set – 90 minutes beginning at 5:00PM
- ProgStock 2019 will be crashed by Paul and Dave’s Excellent Adventure Tour. Since they decided to crash, we decided to let them! They will be taking the 11:30PM slot at the beginning of our Last Call Live Late-night event on Saturday.
You don’t want to miss this! Get your passes today at ProgStock.simpletix.com
And now a word from our gate-crashers…
IO Earth Performance Postponed to Next ProgStock
We are saddened beyond measure to tell everyone that IO Earth will not be able to perform at ProgStock 2019. The ProgStock leadership takes full responsibility for not submitting IO Earth visa applications in time. Between gathering the outrageous amount of information required by our government and fitting the rest of the process in with the band’s already very busy schedule, there simply is not enough time left to jump through all the flaming hoops our country puts in the way of incredible bands like IO Earth coming over here to perform. We apologize to IO Earth and everyone looking forward to seeing them at this year’s festival.
We have already committed to having IO Earth perform at the next ProgStock. They have put together a seriously awesome show especially for our audience, and we are going to make it happen!
From Dave Cureton: “We are very sad that this has happened. We were very much looking forward to performing at ProgStock 2019. We are going to miss all our IO Earth family, but we can’t wait to see you all at the next ProgStock! Peace and love!”
We will adjust Saturday’s performance schedule soon. We are devastated by this turn of events and appreciate your patience and understanding as we regroup.
